To search your secrets tap the Search button in the top right of the app.
The search page will list all your secrets before a search query has been entered; enter your query in the Search secrets input at the top of the page to perform a search.
As you type search keywords the results will be filtered to match your query.
Tap the cancel icon () to clear the search query and return to the list of all secrets.
